SEMI PRIVATE PERSONAL TRAINING
This is a 3 to 1 (trainee : trainer) personal training service where you will training along side up to 2 other trainees whilst being coached through your bespoke training program.
A consultation will be booked prior to commencing training in order to assess and discuss the journey which is going to be specifically designed for you to create the best plan of action that gets the BEST results possible whilst working it into your schedule and life commitments. The details below will be delved into and broken down to gain the BEST possible knowledge on how to move forward:
Nutritional history
Prior/current relationship with foods and eating habits
Lifestyle and current daily habits
Sleep – Sleep quality, length of sleep, sleep hygiene, bed time and waking routines
Medical history- Any doctor prescribed medications, health ailments, injuries (past and present). An in house heart heart health assessment will then be completed.
Assessment of your understanding of your own behaviours and how they are relatable to your goals
The above is all taken into account and your bespoke plans are designed around all of the detail acquired during the consultation.
The training session times are not limited to a time cap and will be dictated by the type of training relating to your goals (commonly they are around 50-75 mins).
A minimum commitment of 12 weeks is required which then moves to a rolling 4 weekly contract thereafter for which a 4 weekly direct debit is set up for payments.

Metabolic Strength Classes
Our classes are fun, suitable to all levels and are led by a fully qualified personal trainer. These 35 minute classes are designed to give you a fully body strength training workout whilst building your fitness levels week in week out all in a time friendly manner. You will find yourself getting fitter and stronger from class to class so if it’s a challenging, fun and time efficient training session you want then this is for you!
SPORTS MASSAGE THERAPY
Booked in 30 or 60 minute slots our sports massage therapy methods yield fantastic results if you need professional help with reducing pain, stiffness and immobility. In your consultation period we will assess the issue at hand, analyse postural issues and restricted ranges of movement associated with your pain and discomfort. Your treatment plan will be explained to you prior to commencing so that you understand what the treatment is specifically doing for your body. Post care treatment plans can also be provided.
ONLINE PERSONAL TRAINING
This is a distance based personal training service which provides you with a consultation in which your goals will be discussed and broken down in as much detail as possible in order to create the best training and nutritional plans to guide you to success. This is a 3 month minimum commitment after which continues via a monthly rolling membership.
A consultation will be booked prior to commencing your online training in order to discuss the following to attain and in depth wealth of knowledge:
Details of goals
Nutritional history
Prior/current relationship with foods and eating habits
Lifestyle and current daily habits
Sleep – Sleep quality, length of sleep, sleep hygiene, bed time and waking routines
Medical related details – doctor prescribed medication, health ailments, injuries (past and present)
Assessment of your understanding of your own behaviours and how they are relatable to your goals
The above is all taken into account and your bespoke plans are designed around all of the detail acquired during the consultation.
A monthly check in call will be booked each month for 20 minutes which can also be via Zoom/Facetime if preferred, however extra time can be booked in if extra coaching is required and will be booked for a 30 min time slot charged at the rates listed. There is also unlimited contact via email and WhatsApp for support if you are in need of it.
This is NOT to be used as free coaching time and is to clarify details of your training/ nutritional plan and exercise technique only.

NUTRITIONAL COACHING
If you’re struggling with your understanding of foods, what they are and how they work within the body then this is for you. The time will be spent educating you on all aspects of the inner workings of food, the mechanistic effect of each type of foods and will be melded to whatever goals you may have to ensure a progressive coaching service. A plan of success can be designed to suit your current goals and/or knowledge base. The coaching sessions are booked in 30 minute time slots to ensure these can easily be amenable to anyone’s busy.
